Gargoyles: Hunted

Average review score:

The only decent thing Disney EVER made.
It's so good, it's hard to believe Disney made it. The story is actually much to deep for children to comprehend & is popular with teens & adults. The style is more anime like (then again, it was animated in Japanese studios)The characters & storylines are complex & its important to watch the stories in order because they all end up connecting.

The quality of the animation is fabulous, heavy shading, not fast & jerky, very undisney-like. The voices match the characters perfectly, not corny in the least! Not irritating singing!

If you love fantasy, complex stories, inter-racial romance, & Shakespear, you'll LOVE this series^o^

A great buy
I suggest you buy this video if you enjoy action and good animation. Gargoyles is a great series. Watch and enjoy.

Awesome Movie that Tackles Serious Heartaches
This movie was one of the most moving stories I had seen during the 1980s. The seriousness it addressed concerning spousal abuse, suicide, cancer, and true romance was unforgettable. It was the sleeper movie of the 80s. The performances in this movie by David Keith, Kathleen Quinlan, and Diane Weist are exceptional.

Kathleen Quinlan is a tour de force in this film!
A young woman who dreams of leaving her small town to follow her dreams of becoming a photographer. Particailly held back by her love for local mechanic and a terminally ill relative;she fights to make her dreams a reality. Diane Weist gives a superb performance as the physically abused housewife.

Black College Reunion
This is what Black College Reunion is all about: Good looking brothers pretty sisters, freaky behavior, thongs, muscles, dancing, music, tongue rings and drinks. If you love any of those things then you'll love this video.

Too Funny
This is a very differnet take on the military school life. It is funny, entertaining, and creates laughs. For such a cheap price, you can not lose.

A western for all of us!!!
An evil rail baron is ruining people's lives until the people come up with a clever plan to strike back. Starring Micheal Ironside and Bruce Dern, this movie is filled with humor and action... amazingly without either going over the top! I highly recommend!

Carol Burnett is Superb in Distinguished Drama
This is the TV movie that established Carol Burnett as an exceptionally fine dramatic actress. She gives a deeply moving portrayal of real life Iowa farmer Peg Mullen who went on a crusade to uncover the truth of her son's death in Vietnam. The scene when Peg first approaches her son's coffin is emotionally devastating. It breaks me up in tears every time I watch it. Carol received critical raves, an Emmy Award nomination as Best Actress and the People's Choice Award. Such is the power of Burnett's performance that she totally erases the image of the wonderful clown of her wildly popular 1967-1978 variety show. She gets outstanding support from Ned Beatty as Peg's husband, Timothy Hutton as their younger surviving son and Sam Waterston as the investigative journalist. The movie is among the most distinguished ever made for television. It won the 1979 Emmy Award for Best Drama.

Just Incredible!
In this video you can find a well extracted review of the English groups that arrived to US and started to *invade* US charts in the 60s. It starts with the Beatles (of course!) and then goes to the Seekers, the Stones,Herman's Hermits,The Hollies, the Animals, the Who,the Kinks and Gerry and the Pacemakers, among others. Then the American *fight back* with groups like the Supremes, the Temptations, the Byrds, the Lovin' Spoonful, the Beach Boys and Mamas and the Papas. This video shows you the swinging atmosphere of competition between all these groups to be at the top and shows how England was the center of the universe in the sixties talkin' about music and fashion...US had to answer... This is a great documental with awesome briefs of videos of the groups. I think the only groups that are afwul missed here are the British Small Faces and the Yardbirds and the American Monkees.
